"I can't even go into a gas station to buy cigarettes. I do drive thru pharmacy. There's a Walmart super close to me and I haven't been able to go inside in well over a year. I don't currently do the grocery shopping but if I could find a way to afford it l'd do delivery or curbside pick up. The extra money spent is worth the lessened anxiety and panic. I've been struggling for a long time. Luckily I have a bf that gets it and helps as much as he can I don't know why it has to be this way. I've tried so much to overcome it. Meds, therapy, self help books, etc. I honestly don't know what to do. I understand what you are going thru and I have no idea why it has to be so hard. Wishing you the best, for what it's worth."
